The emergency services were called out after car overturned on the A170 near Thirsk.
The crash happened at about 7pm on Sunday evening.
A fire crew from Thirsk attended the single vehicle collision involving a Honda Civic.
All three occupants were out of the vehicle on their arrival and were being treated by paramedics for minor injuries.
Firefighters made the scene and vehicle safe using small tools and left the incident in the hands of North Yorkshire Police.
