Police are appealing for information after two motorcycles were stolen during a burglary at a property in Thirsk.
The theft happened between 7pm on Wednesday, July 1 and 6.30am on Thursday, July 2, when an offender gained entry to a detached garage via a side door at a home on Freemans Way.
The stolen motorcycles are a silver and black Kawasaki, registration X635 HLH, and a blue Yamaha motocross bike, which was not displaying a registration plate.
Officers are urging anyone who has seen either motorcycle since the burglary, witnessed suspicious activity in the Freemans Way area during the relevant period, or has been offered either bike for sale, to come forward.
