A 41-year-old man has been released under investigation following the execution of a drugs warrant in the Brompton area.
Officers from the Hambleton Neighbourhood Policing Team carried out the warrant on Friday as part of an investigation into the suspected possession of a Class B drug with intent to supply.
The man, who is from the Brompton area, has been released under investigation while enquiries continue.
North Yorkshire Police said drug dealing can have a wider impact on communities, including crime committed to fund addiction, and is urging anyone who suspects drug-related activity to come forward.
