Ginetta’s annual G-Fest Weekend is set to return to Croft Circuit this weekend, with three of the manufacturer’s national championships providing a packed programme of racing.

The two-day event, taking place on Saturday, June 27 and Sunday, June 28, is organised by the British Racing & Sports Car Club and will feature the Ginetta Junior Championship powered by Sunoco Race Fuels, the Ginetta GT Academy and the Protyre Motorsport Ginetta GT Championship.

The Protyre Motorsport Ginetta GT Championship heads to North Yorkshire following a dominant performance by Elite Motorsport at Oulton Park, where William Antrobus and Harry Gamble shared all three race victories. In the AM class, James Nicholas, Jamie Caudle and Alex Duncan each claimed a win and will be aiming to continue their strong form.

In the Ginetta GT Academy, which provides a first step into circuit racing, Luis Beilicke arrives as championship leader after winning four of the opening five races, including two victories and a new lap record at Oulton Park.

The Ginetta Junior Championship, renowned for launching the careers of young racing drivers including Formula One World Champion Lando Norris, will also feature. Norris claimed his first-ever race victory at Croft in 2014. Current championship leader Lewis Goff heads into the weekend after an impressive performance at Oulton Park, where he climbed from 25th to fourth in race one before charging from 23rd on the grid to win race three.

Gates open at 9am on both days, with qualifying beginning at 9.30am on Saturday and 12.30pm on Sunday. Six races are scheduled across each day, with Saturday’s first race at 1.20pm and Sunday’s at 2.05pm.

Advance tickets are priced at £19 for Saturday and £21 for Sunday, while accompanied children aged 15 and under can attend free. Free parking is available, and food and drink outlets, including Hangar 50 Café, will be open throughout the weekend.
