Bin collections across Hambleton will be affected by the Easter Monday Bank holiday.

Collections will remain unchanged for the Good Friday Bank holiday.

However, next week all collections will be one day late due to Easter Monday – with Friday collections taking place on Saturday, April 10.

The new service period for garden waste collections has now begun.

Residents are reminded that they must have subscribed to the service and correctly display their (blue) licences otherwise their green bin will not be emptied.

  • Subscriptions for the 2021 – 2022 garden waste collection service are valid from Monday 29 March 2021 to Friday 25 March 2022. Households can purchase more than one licence. The annual subscription charge is £40 per licence – each bin requires its own licence.
  • There are no exemptions, concessions or discounts for joining at a later date. Licences are not transferrable, non-refundable and are only valid for the property for which they were purchased.
  • To subscribe log on to Hambleton.gov.uk
