Bin collections in Hambleton will be one day late this week.
This includes Friday collections which will take place on Saturday, September 4.
Council officials have reminded residents that they must have subscribed to the garden waste service and be correctly displaying this year’s blue licence, otherwise their green bin will not be emptied.
Subscriptions for the 2021 – 2022 garden waste collection service are valid from Monday 29 March 2021 to Friday 25 March 2022.
Households can purchase more than one licence. The annual subscription charge is £40 per licence – each bin requires its own licence.
There are no exemptions, concessions or discounts for joining at a later date.
Licences are not transferrable, non-refundable and are only valid for the property for which they were purchased.
