Thirsk Tourist Information Centre (TIC) is now selling Christmas cards for 29 different charities.
Cards for Good Causes is the UK’s largest charity Christmas card retailer and has raised over £40 million for charities across the UK in the last 10 years
The not-for-profit organisation has a huge selection of charity cards and seasonal gifts with 100% of its proceeds donated to local and national charities – that’s at least 70p in every £1 taken from the sale of cards.
Joyce Smith, from Thirsk TIC, said: “We have changed the layout of our centre this year to make it easier to choose cards without unnecessary handling.
“Our volunteers will be pleased to fetch you additional packs of a design if needed.
“With the current COVID crisis, charities are needing vital funds more than ever before so please do come and support us.”
From Wednesday, December 2, Thirsk TIC will be open again Monday to Saturday from 10am to 12 noon and 12.30 to 2.30pm.
They will also be open on Sunday, December 6 while the Northern Dales Farmers Market takes place from 9am to 2pm in Thirsk Market Place
