Police are appealing for information after a woman suffered a stab wound following an incident in Stokesley.
The woman, in her 20s, needed hospital treatment after the attack in Allen Grove.
Investigators believe the altercation may have spilled onto the street.
A youth is also believed to have shouted threats of further violence towards the victim as she left the address; the youth also made threats to damage the woman’s car.
The victim was treated for a stab wound to her shoulder. She also suffered superficial injuries to her head during the attack.
It happened around 5.30pm on Sunday, 2 June 2019 at an address on the street.
Northallerton CID is investigating the incident. A woman in her 50s and a 15-year-old girl have been arrested and released on bail while enquiries continue.
