Police are appealing for information following a burglary at the new build site on Hill Rise in Low Worsall, near Yarm.
Entry was forced into the properties and tools have been stolen from.
Tools include include Dewalt drills and crosscut saws, a cement mixer, wacker plates, nail guns and Paslode nail guns.
The incident is believed to have occurred between 4.30pm on Friday and 11am yesterday.
