Police are appealing for information after a baby changing table was stolen from public toilets in Bedale Park.
Officers are investigating a number of incidents involving damage to the toilets at Bedale Hall, with the latest taking place at around 4.45pm on Tuesday, June 2.
North Yorkshire Police said offenders entered the female toilets, removed a baby changing table and ran off with it into Bedale Park.
The force said the vandalism has caused significant disruption and expense, adding that the behaviour is “unacceptable”.
Officers are now asking anyone who was in Bedale Park at the time and witnessed the incident, or who has any information that could assist the investigation, to come forward.
