A man has been seen trying to open vehicle doors on Meadowfields, Morton-on-Swale.
The man was seen between 3am and 3.30am on May 2, 2021.
He is believed to have been wearing a dark coloured hat, jacket with reflective stripes and dark coloured trousers.
The man appears to favour their right leg when walking, similar to a knee or hip injury/medical issue.
