Man jailed for breaching violence protection order

A man has been jailed for breaching a court order by entering a street he was banned from.

Bradley Rabjohns, 25, of Rowan Court, Catterick Village, breached a domestic violence protection order made by entering Beech Grove in Northallerton on Saturday.

The order had been made just three days earlier.

Rabjohns was sentenced to 14 days in prison when he appeared back in York Magistrates’ Court on Monday.

After pleading guilty to the breach, the defendant was told it had been a flagrant breach of the order and that no other sentence was appropriate.
