Free advice sessions for Hambleton businesses

Hambleton businesses are being encouraged to sign up for one to one advice sessions as part of an initiative to help the district recover from the coronavirus pandemic.

The district council is offering free sessions over the next three months aimed at helping businesses to continue to keep afloat and ultimately come out of the lockdown stronger.

Delivered on behalf of the authority by consultancy ‘Insight with Passion’ they can cover any topic according to the business’s needs.

They take place from 4pm to 8pm on Wednesdays, February 24, March 10, March 24, April 7, April 21 and May 5.

Businesses can book a one hour one-to-one appointment by contacting Business.economy@hambleton.gov.uk

The sessions are working alongside a series of free business workshops which will focus on helping businesses adapt to online trading, deliver excellent customer service, and understand how to brand their business effectively, whilst also promoting resilience and encouraging business owners to collaborate with each other.

The topics and dates are: Survive and Thrive on February 23 and 24; Take Your Business Online on March 9 and 10; Using Social Media to Build Your Brand on March 23 and 24; Service Excellence on April 6 and 7; Tell your brand story on April 20 and 21; and The Importance of Collaboration & Community on May 4 and 5.
