Firefighters from Thirsk were called to help gain access to a property in Topcliffe last night.
The crew assisted helped get into a house where the occupant had not responded after being called at about 9.40pm.
Firefighters left the incident with the carer.
Crews have previously completed a safe and well at this property and further advice was given.
