Firefighters were called to a rooftop rescue in Northallerton after a member of the public became stranded on top of a retail building.
The incident happened at around 6.55pm on High Street, where a crew from Northallerton Fire Station responded to reports of a person stuck on the roof.
Crews used a nine-metre ladder to safely reach the individual and bring them back down to ground level.
