Firefighters were called to a single-vehicle collision near Stokesley in the early hours of this morning after reports of a burning smell coming from the vehicle.
A crew from Stokesley Fire Station attended the incident on Tanton Road at 2.58am.
The occupants had safely got out of the vehicle before firefighters arrived.
Concern had been raised about a smell of burning, but after carrying out checks using a thermal imaging camera, the crew found no signs of smoke or fire.
The incident was brought to a safe conclusion, with no fire found in the vehicle.
