Emergency services were called to a three-vehicle collision on the A19 near Thirsk in the early hours of this morning.
Fire crews from Thirsk, Northallerton and Ripon responded to the incident on the northbound carriageway between Thirsk and South Kilvington at about 1.41am.
North Yorkshire Fire and Rescue Service said all occupants of the vehicles were already out when firefighters arrived.
Crews assisted paramedics with assessing the casualties and provided first aid assistance at the scene.
Firefighters then made the vehicles and the scene safe.
The incident was left with police while recovery of the vehicles was awaited.
