The emergency services were called a rash involving a car and motorbike yesterday.
The incident at Sutton-on-the-Forest near Easingwold was reported at 10.15pm.
Easingwold firefighters assisted police and ambulance staff with the collision.
No occupants were trapped.
The motorcyclist was taken to hospital by road ambulance with non-serious injuries.
Firefighters helped by lifting the casualty onto a spinal board.
They also assisted with clearing up debris off the road and soaking up large fuel spillage on the road.
