A van has overturned causing delays on the A168 this morning.
The occupants suffered minor injuries in the accident on the northbound carriageway between Topcliffe and the B1448 Thorpefield junction.
Police say they will need to close the carriageway for the vehicle to be recovered.
The southbound carriageway has also been closed while the recovery is completed.
Motorists are being urged to avoid the area.
