Croft Circuit will be reverberating to the sound of two-wheeled action when round four of the No Limits Racing Championships takes place next weekend.
The North Yorkshire track will welcome the ACU National Endurance Championships along with a variety of sprint races headlined by the Pirelli Super Series 1000, along with the Pirelli Super Series 600, both of which feature riders who contest the Bennetts British Superbike Championship.
In the Pirelli 1000 Super Series, Scotsman Callum Grigor has carved out a substantial lead after the first three races with a 57-point advantage from second-placed Ryan Dixon, the cousin of Moto2 Grand Prix rider Jake.
The Pirelli 600 Super Series is headed by local ace James Alderson from Durham with Bishop Auckland’s Barry Burrell chasing in second place so both will be hoping for success at Croft, especially Alderson who lifted the prestigious Ken Redfern Trophy a few weeks ago.
JSC Racing head the eBay ACU National Endurance 1000 standings following their second-place finish in the previous round at Donington Park a month ago. They are ahead of Team DMR powered by MSS, who managed seventh and ADSS 97 who completed the podium last time out.
In the eBay ACU National Endurance 600 series, it is TrackPrep Racing who top the leaderboard following their sixth-place finish at Donington with British Army Team 1 leading the Club 1000 standings and In the Dog House Racing leading the Club 600 series.
The GB Racing UK Armed Forces Inter Service Championship will also be competing with the RAF’s David Langley leading the way after his second-place last time out on his Aprilia.
Other names to look out for include Liam Arrowsmith who heads the championship in the No Limits Super Twins series from veteran Matt Layt, whilst James Crowe tops the Metzeler Newcomer 1000s and Jack Cullin does likewise in the Metzeler Newcomer 600 class.
Other classes include Premier 1000, Cup 1000, Cup 600, Pre-Injection 600, Standard Twins, Streetbike Cup, CB500s, 400s and Ducati Challenge.
Qualifying starts on Saturday at 9.30am with the first of eight races from 11.50, including the feature eBay ACU National Endurance Championship race taking place at 3pm over a three-hour duration.
Racing starts at 12.15pm on Sunday with another 14 races throughout the afternoon.
Tickets are available in advance costing £16 per adult each day by the new E-ticketing system on the Croft Circuit website (www.croftcircuit.co.uk) allowing customers to receive their tickets instantly by email.
Adult tickets on the gate cost £18.
Children under 15 are admitted free provided they are accompanied by an adult (a maximum of five children per responsible adult) and do not require a ticket.
There is also free car parking and free paddock access.
