The emergency services were called to a single-vehicle collision at Great Broughton last night.
The incident was reported at about 9.20pm.
A fire crew from Stokesley attended the incident along with police and paramedics.
The five occupants were out of the vehicle when the firefighters arrived.
All the occupants were transported to James Cook University Hospital, suffering varying injuries, by road ambulance.
The fire crews made the scene safe and carried out immediate emergency care.
