Firefighters from Stokesley were called out on Monday morning to assist a person who had become locked inside a garage.
The incident happened at about 10.10am in The Garth, Stokelsey, after the power to the garage door was accidentally switched off.
Crews were able to communicate with the person trapped inside and guided them through the process of restoring power to reopen the door.
The individual was safely released and was unharmed.
