Firefighters were called to an unattended campfire last night.
The incident occurred in Ainderby Road, Romanby, at about 6.15pm.
A crew from Northallerton attended the fire.
Firefighters extinguished the fire using a bucket of water and a knapsack sprayer.
The incident was left with police officers on scene.
