Firefighters from Northallerton were called to a property in Maunby at 8.31pm after a dog became trapped underneath a free-standing bath.
Crews used a reciprocating saw and sheer crew power to carefully remove part of the structure and free the animal.
The dog was safely reunited with its relieved owners shortly afterwards.
No injuries were reported.
