The emergency services were called out after a car towing a caravan crashed into a bush.
The incident happened on the A19 at Knayton at about 4pm on Wednesday.
Police, ambulance staff and firefighters from Thirsk attended the scene.
All occupants were out of the vehicle with non-life-threatening injuries when the fire crew arrived.
Firefighters administered first aid prior to ambulance crews’ arrival.
Small tools were used out isolate the vehicle.
The incident was left with police and ambulance crews.
