Police are appealing for information after a large quantity of diesel and other items were stolen during a burglary near Stokesley.
The incident happened at a property on The Green in Seamer sometime between 11pm on Thursday, October 1, and 6.45am the following morning.
North Yorkshire Police said several items were taken from the property along with a large amount of diesel.
Officers are particularly keen to hear from anyone who saw anything suspicious in the area during the night.
They would also like to speak to anyone with information or video footage showing quad bikes in the area.
Police are asking people to come forward with details of any other burglaries or thefts which may have occurred locally during the same period.
