Residents and visitors in Osmotherley are being advised of a planned multi-agency emergency services exercise taking place this weekend.
The training operation will be held on Sunday, April 12 around the Square Corner area, and is expected to involve a noticeable increase in emergency service vehicles throughout the day.
Organisers have confirmed the exercise will include teams from the police, fire service and mountain rescue, including personnel from the RAF and Cleveland Mountain Rescue Team.
The exercise is designed to help emergency responders maintain readiness for real-life incidents, ensuring effective coordination between agencies.
Members of the public are being reassured that the activity is only a training exercise and there is no cause for concern.
However, people in the area are asked to be aware of the increased presence of emergency services and possible disruption while the exercise is underway.
Officials have thanked the community for their understanding and cooperation.
