Firefighters from three stations were called to a roof fire at a residential property in Great Ayton on Sunday afternoon.
Crews from Stokesley, Northallerton and Coulby Newham were mobilised to an address on Linden Avenue at 12.52pm following reports of a fire involving the roof of the property.
On arrival, firefighters deployed one hose reel jet and two breathing apparatus to bring the fire under control.
Crews also used small tools, lighting equipment and a positive pressure ventilation fan to fully extinguish the fire and clear smoke from the property.
