Bolddog FMX announced as Main Ring attraction for 2026 Great Yorkshire Show

The Bolddog FMX will perform in the Main Ring every day at the Great Yorkshire Show in 2026.

Motorbike stunt riding team The Bolddog FMX is set to take centre stage as the Main Ring attraction at the 2026 Great Yorkshire Show.

Managed by one of Europe’s leading freestyle motocross riders, Dan Whitby, the team will bring high-octane thrills to the show using one of the largest and most sophisticated FMX landing ramps in the world. Riders will perform death-defying tricks, soaring up to 35 feet in the air during a daily Main Ring performance.

The team last appeared at the show in 2019 and will be making a highly-anticipated return in 2026.

Dan Whitby said: “We can’t wait to be back at the Great Yorkshire Show in 2026. Big things are coming, and we’re excited to reveal what we’ve been working on. Expect to see an electric performance with a gravity-defiant array of FMX tricks and backflips.”

The 167th Great Yorkshire Show will take place from Tuesday, July 14 to Friday, July 17, 2026. Tickets are available in advance only, with attendance capped at 35,000 visitors per day. The show has sold out every year since moving to advance ticket sales in 2021.

Membership for 2026 is also now on sale and provides access to all four days of the show, while helping to fund the Society’s year-round work to support and champion farming.

Planning for the 2026 event is well underway and will once again showcase the best of British livestock, the latest agricultural machinery, first-class entertainment and exceptional food and drink, celebrating farming, food and the countryside.
