Police appeal after altercation at Bedale restaurant

Police are appealing for witnesses and information following a public order incident in Bedale.

It happened at around 9.45pm on Friday, October 31, at the Taste of India restaurant on Market Place and involved an altercation between a group of men.

Officers are particularly keen to hear from local businesses with CCTV that may have captured the incident, or from any witnesses who were in the area at the time.

Three men — two in their 20s and one in his 40s — have been arrested in connection with the incident and released on bail while enquiries continue.
